San Tan Landscape Management, Inc. has grown substantially since the business began in 2002.  We offer Professional Landscape Services such as Maintenance, Construction & Renovation.  We service both Residential and Commercial customers.

Meet the Management Staff at San Tan Landscape

Bill Faires is the Owner of San Tan Landscape since it started in 2002.  He has been working in the landscape industry since 1971.  Bill is licensed with the State of Arizona as a General Landscape Contractor.  He has years of knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Wholesale Nursery Operation Management, Landscape Design, Construction and Maintenance.  Bill is a certified member of the California Association of Nurserymen since 1973.  He became an Arizona resident in 1985.  Bill appreciates the many business opportunities and friendships made throughout the years.

Dwight Faires is the Sales Manager of San Tan Landscape since 2011.  He previously worked for Vista Outdoor Lighting, Turf Irrigation in Arizona, and Hunter Irrigation. Dwight is responsible for Commercial Project bidding, Residential estimating, designing, and marketing.  Dwight has a very strong background in Landscape Irrigation Design & Installation, Low Voltage Lighting Systems, and Troubleshooting.  He is certified from Weathermatic, Rainbird, and Hunter Irrigation. He is also certified for Low Voltage Lighting.  Dwight has been involved in the ALCA (Arizona Landscape Contractor Association) for many years and serves on the Board of Directors.  Dwight's vast knowledge of the various products required for your landscape needs, gives him an edge when selecting the right products for your landscape project.  He will oversee your project with the construction team to the end to ensure that it is installed as promised. 

Kevin Everett has been our Field Operations Supervisor since 2009.  We are fortunate to have Kevin with our company as he demonstrates the leadership and management skills required to run multiple properties.  Kevin came to us from a Golf Course Management Company and is great in troubleshooting.  He oversees our Construction and Maintenance work crews, is in charge of scheduling, and extra services needed to maintain all our properties.

Mauro Moraga has been our Landscape Construction Foreman since 2009.  He joined our company during the construction decline from working for a large pipe infrastructure installation company.  Mauro works closely with our Field Operations Supervisor and Sales Manager for a pre-jobsite walk thru to achieve a thorough understanding of the construction work required by reviewing all plan documents with the team.  He directs the Construction Crew while paying attention to details , quality expectations, and makes sure the project is completed on time.  Mauro is fluent in Spanish and English and is considered a valuable asset to the team.
