Although San Tan Landscape is a fairly new business, Bill Faires, has been working for over 40 years in the landscape industry. He has  knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Wholesale Nursery Operation Management, Landscape Design, Construction and Maintenance.  Bill is a certified member of the California Association of Nurserymen since 1973.  He became an Arizona resident in 1985 and holds an Arizona Contractor License.

Meet the Management Staff at San Tan Landscape. 

Kevin Faires is the General Manager of San Tan Landscape and has the responsibilities of running the daily operations in the field.  Kevin has been working in the business since it started in 2002, and I'm proud to have my son working side by side in our family run business.  Kevin has the responsibility of the Landscape Construction Installation Division of the company.  He is certified in Vista Outdoor Lighting.  He has extensive knowledge as an irrigation technician.  His mechanic and welding abilities keeps the business rolling.  His commitment and dedication to the growth of San Tan Landscape and the servicing of our customers is greatly appreciated.  Kevin is always there to help you with your landscape needs and solutions to any problems. 

We welcome Melissa Faires to the business team.  She has three major roles in the company business.  Melissa is our Office Manager.  When you call San Tan Landscape, you will speak with the ownership of the Company, no big corporate giant, no red tape; Melissa just offers solutions to your landscape needs.

Melissa is also training in making Landscape Sales calls. She schedules the initial sales appointments for onsite visits.  During the onsite appointment she does property assessments  which include current conditions of the property, counting trees and shrubs, gravel & turf square footage, etc.  Melissa will make recommendations for start of service and or cleanups for landscape maintenance.  She works with Bill and Kevin for all construction installation job estimates. 

Melissa has the responsibility for Quality Assurance within our company.  Melissa will have direct contact with our customers on a regular basis doing site visits and communicating any needs or problems to management that she might identify.
